We interviewed 5 HVAC companies. ACR was the only company that performed a complete heat calculation, recommended adding a much needed vent in the master bedroom walk in closet and verified the damage on the compressor of the old unit. Extremely pleased with his technical knowledge – there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer immediately. ACR is a great company and we’re planning on using them for an install at our second home and for an additional install at the house my mom’s building. Awesome service, quick install of a total system, and they left my house as if no one had ever been there after the install! I’ve found an AC company for life after 3-4 bad experiences with other companies like ******** Heating and Air… in fact ******** Heating and Air came out and installed the wrong value parts (capacitors) in my old system – probably causing it’s early failure after only 5 years. ACR however was awesome!

ACR arrived exactly at our agreed upon time. The service truck was clean and plainly marked. The Technician was pleasant, professional, and neatly dressed. The problem was diagnosed and resolved very quickly. ACR took the time to investigate the root cause of my system’s condensation issue. We discussed, at length, possible long term solutions. I will be contacting ARC to make needed modifications to my system before next summer. I would highly recommend ACR to family and friends.

ACR is without question one of the very few companies we have dealt with that is TOTALLY honest, knowledgeable, friendly companies we have done business with ever. ACR goes way beyond fixing the problem. They take the time to insure that we understand what the problem was what they did to resolve the problem.
